we offer customers a free 1st size exchange and a free return of the products under the following conditions:

Free size change

The free size exchange is only valid for Spain and Portugal.

One size change is free of charge per order and per customer.

Arc'Warm offers free exchanges to replace products, as long as the replacement product is the same model as the one being returned, in the event that it is different, you must request the return of the product and place the order for the new one.

The exchange must be requested within 15 days of receipt of the order.

The product to be returned must not be damaged, soiled, washed or used, except for the relevant test at your home, and must retain all labels and original packaging.

The exchange must be requested within 15 calendar days of receipt of the order at your home address.

For hygienic reasons, socks cannot be exchanged or returned.

This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions that may be available.

We will not accept requests for returns of purchases made from third parties or points of sale, we will only accept exchanges or returns of purchases made directly on our website.

Consideraciones sobre el Derecho al Desistimiento

You should bear in mind the following:

· Returns of garments will always be made for the final value paid by the customer.

· For hygienic reasons, underwear and socks are non-returnable.

· It is important that the garments you wish to return must not present changes and/or alterations, must be delivered in their original condition and the garment must be in good condition, clean and with its original tags attached.

·The garments must not be worn in order for the return to be effective. If the garments show clear signs of wear, the return will be refused.

· Products are subject to stock availability.

If your return is due to a purchase made in our online shop https://www.arc-warm.com/; you must contact the ARC'WARM customer service area within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges of garments purchased in our online shop are handled directly through the contact form on our website.

It is important that the packaging is appropriate to the nature of the product so that it cannot be affected during the shipping process.

It is important to note that: the product must not be modified or altered from its original state and the garment must be in good condition, clean and with its original tags properly attached.






Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of cancellation on your part, we will proceed to make the refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise. The refund will not be made until we have received and checked the goods at our premises.

The consumer/user shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature of the goods and the characteristics of the goods, other than what is considered normal on our own premises. In such cases, the amount of the diminished value will be deducted from the refund of the payment received from you.

Likewise, when returning the material to be returned to us, it is very important that you do not attach labels or seals to the original box of the product. You must wrap/pack the product in a bag or box to guarantee its correct transport. Failure to do so will result in a reduction in value when returning your money.






Direct costs of returning products

For *Spanish and *Portuguese territory: The return is totally free for the user.

The Islas Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla and Madeira are exempt from the free returns and exchanges policy.

For the rest of the territories to which we ship, France, Italy, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg and Germany, the transport of the goods will be at the risk and expense of the consumer/user. In addition, for deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the consumer/user will bear the costs of customs clearance on the mainland upon receipt of the material.






Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed goods, such as socks. These are not eligible for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, since they have been unsealed after delivery.
