SHIPPING

1.1.- Transport

Below is a list of the means of transport that will be used to ship orders depending on the place of delivery:

·         Nacex Express Parcel Service

In shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla to guarantee delivery, Grupo Guiren S.L. may assign the shipment to another agency of similar characteristics depending on the shipping area.

 
1.2.- Delivery deadlines

The delivery period for each article or product will be determined on the website, which will be expressed in hours (24/48hrs) or days, and will be calculated from the day after the order has been processed, excluding non-working days (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Dates are approximate and not binding.  They try to give as accurate an estimate as possible, although it may vary depending on the delivery area.

Our policy is to strictly comply with delivery times, even shortening them whenever possible. However, unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances may affect the transport and delay the expected delivery time, in which case we will contact you to inform you of the possible delay and inform you of the new expected delivery time, which in any event shall not exceed 30 days, which is the maximum delivery period.

If we are unable to meet the maximum delivery deadline We will inform you and you may choose to continue with the order by accepting a new delivery time, or cancel the order and we will refund the amount paid in full, without any compensation in the latter case.   

If the order contains more than one good, delivery may be made by several partial shipments at no extra cost to the customer and in order to optimize the delivery times of the different goods.  

Below, we detail the additional deadlines to those indicated on the website as foreseen for each good when the shipment is outside the peninsula:

·         Baleares: 3 or 4 days

·         Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla: 7 to 9 days

·         France, United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany: 5 days

Dates are approximate and not binding. Non-business days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) are excluded from the calculation.

1.3.- Shipping costs

1.3.1.- Peninsular Spain and Portugal: FREE


1.3.2.- Baleares: FREE

1.3.3.- Ceuta, Melilla, Canarias: 12 euros
In no case Grupo Guiren S.L. is responsible for taxes, duties or customs clearance charges in these communities, these costs are borne by the customer.


1.3.4.-FRANCE, ITALY, BELGIUM, BELGIUM, THE NETHERLANDS, LUXEMBOURG AND GERMANY : 5.90 euros for orders less than 99 euros, for orders over 99 euros it is free.


1.4.- Risks

When Grupo Guiren S.L. sends you the purchased goods, the risk of loss or deterioration of these will be transferred to you when you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier contracted by ARC'WARM, S.L., acquires their material possession. 

If you receive the package with signs of having been tampered with or damaged, please indicate this on the carrier's delivery note and check the products in the presence of the carrier. Do not sign the delivery note without indicating these incidents, even if you have checked that your goods appear to be in perfect condition.

 IMPORTANT NOTE: We cannot accept complaints about shipments after 24 hours from receipt of the package, within which time you must make your complaint via e-mail to the following addressinfo@arc-warm.com
